Frequently Asked Questions
Which course do I need — EFAW or FAW?
Most workplaces choose Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) for lower-risk roles, and First Aid at Work (FAW) for higher-risk environments or where you need a fuller first aid provision. If you tell us your industry and team size, we’ll guide you to the right option
Do you deliver training at our workplace?
Yes — we deliver on-site training at your venue, anywhere across London and Surrey, and we can travel nationwide for group bookings.
How long does it take and what do learners receive?
Course length depends on the qualification. Where accredited, learners receive an RQF/Ofqual-regulated certificate (Level 3 for many first aid options) after successful completion
What do we need to provide on the day?
Usually just a room, chairs, and a screen/wall space if needed. We bring the training kit, manikins, AED trainers, and course materials. For more details on Venue requirements click here
Can you train more than 12 learners?
Yes — for larger groups we can run multiple sessions, split into groups, or bring additional trainers depending on the course requirements and space available
Can you tailor training to our workplace risks?
Absolutely. We can include workplace-specific scenarios (e.g., warehouse, office, hospitality, education, construction) while staying aligned with the qualification requirements.
