Combined Emergency First Aid and Paediatric
Combining the Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) and the Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) into 1 extended day of classroom learning, this specially designed course provides the skills and knowledge needed to provide both emergency adult and paediatric first aid. This minimises the number of training days required to achieve both qualifications. The Combined Emergency First Aid and Paediatric course saves a whole extra day!
Course description
Who should attend?
Streamlined perfectly to avoid the duplication of topics associated with attending both the Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid courses separately, the Combined Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed for those who work in settings that require both First Aiders and Paediatric First Aiders*, such as schools, sports clubs or other childcare settings.
*Childminders, and any worker who might be in sole charge of children for any period of time, must hold a current full paediatric first aid certificate. If you require a full paediatric first aid certificate, please take the Paediatric First Aid 2-Day Course or the Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid 3-day course.
Candidates need a basic command of English (defined as Level 2). While we are often able to provide support to people who do not have English as a first language, our ability to do so is limited by the time available and the number of people who require assistance. We may be able to make special arrangements if requested in advance. Please contact us if you need any guidance.
