Course Description
Anaphylaxis is a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction that requires rapid recognition and treatment.
Our Anaphylaxis Training courses give learners the practical skills and confidence to recognise anaphylaxis, respond appropriately and provide emergency treatment while awaiting further medical help.
Depending on the needs of your organisation, we can provide qualification routes covering:
- Adults only
- Adults, children and infants
- Workplace and community environments
- Clinical-practice environments
Training is highly practical and includes Basic Life Support, CPR, AED use where included, casualty assessment and the management of anaphylaxis.
Learners also gain hands-on experience using adrenaline auto-injector training devices.

Looking for Allergy Training for Schools?
New allergy safety expectations are being introduced for schools from September 2026.
Our Benedict’s Law Allergy & Anaphylaxis Training for Schools is designed specifically for whole-school allergy awareness, helping staff understand allergy risks, school procedures, emergency response and the new DfE guidance.
What Topics Are Covered?
The selected qualification route covers the relevant practical emergency response and anaphylaxis skills, including:

Assessment and Certification
Assessment
Learners complete practical assessments appropriate to the qualification being delivered.
Assessment may include CPR, AED use, casualty management and the practical management of anaphylaxis.
Our trainers provide plenty of opportunity to practise before assessment, with coaching and feedback throughout the session.
Certification
Successful learners receive the relevant nationally recognised, Ofqual-regulated Level 3 qualification for the course completed.
The exact qualification title and certification period will be confirmed before training is booked.
Where training is delivered within a clinical-practice setting, achievement of the qualification does not replace the organisation’s own clinical governance or scope-of-practice requirements.
