Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace – Half Day

Recognising and understanding common mental health issues is also vital to helping to reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the UK.

Course description

Throughout this half day course, learners will be introduced to mental health issues such as depression and suicide and build an understanding of stress.

Who should attend?

The Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who wish to raise their awareness of mental health and improve their mindfulness in work and everyday life. The qualification would be suitable for an individual or a group of up to 25 colleagues at a time within a business.

Candidates need a basic command of English (defined as Level 2). While we are often able to provide support to people who do not have English as a first language, our ability to do so is limited by the time available and the number of people who require assistance. We may be able to make special arrangements if requested in advance. Please contact us if you need any guidance.
